planned activities. The participants had the opportunity to discuss with their colleagues the project implementation, some
strategies for quality assurance development, statute changes and modernization of teaching methodology as a tool for quality
promotion. A special attention was given to QA Manual, and on this occasion a suggestion was made to prepare it with the support
of colleagues from Jagellonian University. It was decided to organize a workshop for representatives from the UPKM who will create
the manual jointly with experts from Jagellonian University; the workshop is to take place in Poland.

Another important issue was establishment and work of QA office at the UPKM, a proper work of the office will ensure easier
implementation of not only the PIQAS project but QA standards and culture at the University. The project's partners advised the
project coordinators to organize training for people who will work at the office; a suggestion was to have training for
facilitators who will train people back at home institution. The workshop should take place at a partner university, most probably
				in Sweden.
